What we collect
Only what you type into our forms:
- Contact details: your name, email and, if you ask for a call, your phone number.
- Business details: your business name, website, city, industry, team size, goals, the tools you use, your budget and the challenges you describe.
- Professional details you choose to share, such as a license number (for example an NMLS ID).
We don’t ask for payment details on this site, and we don’t buy data about you from anyone.
Why we collect it
To prepare the strategy or audit you asked for, to contact you about it, and to quote any work you ask about. We don’t use it for anything else.
Who processes it
- Formspree receives form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- GoatCounter counts page views and a few anonymous events, such as “form submitted”. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across sites.
- Netlify hosts the website.
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Drafts saved in your browser
Our forms save a draft in your browser’s local storage so you don’t lose your answers if you leave the page. The draft stays on your device, expires after 30 days, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
How long we keep it
We keep your submissions for as long as we’re working with you or might reasonably follow up, and delete them when you ask.
Your choices
Email mikeyandmachine@gmail.com to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll reply and act on it promptly.
Children
This site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the effective date above.
